The Devon Education Business Partnership (DEBP) is pleased to confirm that we have agreed new arrangements with STEMNET, with effect from 1 July 2011, to manage the Schools STEM Advisory Network and STEM Ambassadors Programme in Devon & Cornwall.
We will keep schools in Devon & Cornwall informed about high-quality activities they can access to enrich and enhance the STEM curriculum and enable them to use a range of STEM Ambassadors so that teachers can incorporate into their teaching exemplary links to the world of work.
Potential STEM Ambassadors can register on the STEMNET website at www.stemnet.org.uk where further information about the programme can be found.
Should you be interested in learning more about STEM curriculum enhancement and enrichment activities and the deployment of STEM Ambassadors please contact paul.hartley@devonebp.org.uk
To receive our monthly electronic newsletters, please click here to sign up with the subject of the email being STEM Newsletter
Many activities can be found in the STEM directories. Go to www.stemdirectories.org.uk to download pdf copies.
