South West Schools Aviation Challenge - May to July 2013

'My Future My Choice' are recruiting schools and STEM Ambassadors to a unique engineering challenge in 2013. 

Students work in a team with an engineer to build a remote control aeroplane out of cardboard. A day activity in school. Learning about aviation engineering principles; engineers life styles and the skills needed for success at work.  Schools can extend the learning beyond the school with their own air-show for parents and by displaying and racing the best aeroplanes in a hanger at the Yeovilton International Air Show in July.

These schools workshops come with free tickets for all students to the Yeovilton International Air Show in July  and a chance for a team of students to win prizes including flights in a helicopter.
