The aim of the course was to give the teachers the expertise to work with their students back in school on a variety of electronics, control and robotics projects. The teachers had the opportunity to design their own projects and try out a range of resources that they were then able to take back to school and use with their students. The project will culminate in a robotics Olympics in July 2012 when schools will bring teams to compete with their robots in the 200meters, Javelin & Shot putt events.
