Well the autumn term is nearly upon us and I am looking forward to meeting and recruiting more STEM Ambassadors to help in Devon and Cornwall Schools. 

At present we have 427 Ambassadors who are registered, trained and CRB checked and work in a whole host of careers.  We have a good proportion of men and women of all different ages, from a variety of backgrounds.  Many of these Ambassadors are engaged in a whole range of activities run by Devon, Cornwall and Tamar EBP or they are involved in events they have arranged themselves.  These include events from being judges in competitions, helping students with mock interviews to being Alan Sugar or a Dragons Den scenario!

I am always looking to increase our numbers so if you feel you would like to inspire and enthuse young people about STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) why not become an STEM Ambassador?
